Mobile Clubbing was founded in 2003 by artists Ben Cummins and Emma Davis, who are also involved in the Utrophia collective. Here are some pictures from the event in the turbine hall of the Tate Modern... a few people suffered injuries from falling down the crack known as Shibboleth (an artwork by Doris Salcedo) and a few tourists seemed a little confused and mildly amused by the sudden transformation of an art gallery into an almost silent rave (there were some cheers). The space was certainly transformed by the guerilla art event and it was a good choice of venue...
